In 2013 Australian New York City resident Yael Stone portrayed inmate "Lorna" Morello as part of Orange Is the New Black. Yael received her NIDA degree. Yael moved from Australia to New York City after the Brooklyn Academy of Music's staging of the show was a huge achievement. Yael founded The Cannery with her co-founders.
